About Us

Steven Lowinger brings 25 years of experience in business development, acquisitions, sales, and marketing.  He started his career in executive positions within family enterprises and during this time became convinced that the senior living industry held great possibilities.   

Mr. Lowinger has spent the better part of the past 10 years building, constructing and operating senior care facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, and most recently Rhode Island.  He specializes in value add turn around opportunities with specific emphasis in facility renovations, construction management, marketing and operations.
